1) Provide health assessment findings and nursing actions/ or medications that are contradicted or used with caution in Dyspnoea or wheezing situation. Explain briefly? Reference APA style
Dyspnoea is frightened situation of the patient which increases the anxiety levels and nursing interventions are used to break the situation (Bausewein et.al., 2008). The primary assessments that can be performed are listening the chest sounds, identification of any respiratory distress, echocardiogram, radiographs analysis should be performed before the administration of bronchodilators (Kaufman et.al., 2021).

2) Provide health assessment findings and nursing actions/ or medications that are contradicted or used with caution in Tachycardia situation. Explain briefly? Reference APA style.
Digitoxin is one of the medications which is being prescribed for the heart problems and heart arrhythmia. The two contradictions of this drug are is increased toxicity that may result in Acute myocardial infraction, hypokalemia, Ventricular fibrillation etc. (David & Shetty, 2020).

Q2) Movement of substances within and between body fluids, sometimes across a barrier such as the cell membrane is essential to normal physiology. Mention the direction, requirement and one example of the following transport systems.
2.1) Facilitated diffusion
The diffusion in which molecules from higher concentrations to lower concentrations.
Ex: Channel proteins, gated channel proteins (Bayley & Marlin, 2000)
2.2) Osmosis
The movement of molecules through semi-permeable membrane from low-concentration to higher concentration (Yao et.al., 2000).
Ex: Feeling thirsty after having salty foods, sweeling of seeds when soaked in water.
