Introduction
The main objective of human rights instruments is to protect people against violation of your fundamental human rights. There are many special groups that are vulnerable to various reasons or have been traditionally victims of infringement, which in turn leads to special protection for their human rights. Some population groups often face discriminatory behavior, so they need to pay special attention to human rights to avoid potential exploitation. Most women often need social protection, because they are weak due to lack of high wage difference and sex work criteria, women who bear responsibility for childcare and boycott essential services.
Chosen Vulnerable Groups— Women
Human rights protection of weaker groups includes the risk groups of disabled, minority, refugees, stateless persons, women, children, and social and economic exclusion, which are essential for furthering equality and discrimination. As opined by Gonzalez et al. (2016), the power and utility of these rights have become quite different, and there is a lot of confrontation in implementing economic and social rights in respect of weaker groups. It also investigates the measures needed to protect their human rights with it. Nevertheless, there is a lack in it that the concept of vulnerability has not been explained clearly in universal international legal means (Callus, 2018).
Respecting human rights or misusing it has a great impact on the life opportunities and safety of all human beings around the world. Human rights instruments and bodies are tasked with preventing and monitoring international human rights violations. Despite many achievements and success in human rights, many times the infamous human rights violations of millions of people have been unable to cry. Human rights violations are done by references and criminals of different nature such as persons, groups, and structures.
A large number of women, children, indigenous, and refugees suffer from violence. Various types of violence, such as direct, cultural, and structural, are done with these victims. These groups are called “vulnerable persons and groups". As per the opinions of Devkota et al. (2018), the basis of the theories of all human rights’ instruments and only they are on two things, equality and non-discrimination. It is therefore right to say that as a human rights law; all women should have full rights to their human rights. There is no similar group of female rights holders, and discrimination against them can be explained in many different forms. Women who are often victims of trafficking are also victims of racial discrimination, double subordination, and vulnerabilities (Godt et al. 2017)....
