The concerned organization is social in nature established with the purpose of maximizing health benefits to US residents. The strategic and operational personnel in Big Star Healthcare Foundation will be contacted for the purpose of devising program in order to improve quality and accessibility of health care services. US health care system is suffering on account of poor quality and limited accessibility of health care services. In this regard, there is need of devising an effective program or proposal for improving quality and increasing accessibility of health care services to realize the actual purpose and objective of establishing health care services in the country.
Problem Description
Poor quality and inadequate accessibility to health care services appear to be major problem area of the underlying proposal. This problem has undermined the health care status of US residents significantly. The main problem identified in case of US health care services related to the limited funds and grants available to the health care providers. More specifically, it has been identified that there are various health care providers in the US strive towards offering and delivering a quality and sustainable health services to the residents. The limited availability and lack of sufficient funds or grants limit such organization from providing and rendering health care services to the US residents (Shi, 2009).
This limiting factor has created and affected US health care service system and facilities negatively on two grounds. On one hand, it has limited the accessibility and availability of health care services while on the other hand it also creates negative impact on the quality of existing health care services and facilities. This is so because health care providers need funds and grants at regular intervals and in adequate quantity to provide best possible and effective health care services.
The problem has originated from the continuous increase cost of health care services. The health care services and related facilities are becoming so expensive that it has become quite difficult for health care providers to arrange and procure such services.
