Culture Responsivity is accepting and acknowledging varied diverse cultures and respecting all irrespective of race, religion, cultural practice that one follows. One must practice and cultivate being Cultural Relevance and reinforcement. It also covers giving respect to different cultural and ethnical groups. Ensuring right education about this helps to bridge the cultural gap and build understanding among each other.

    Following are the ways of treating individuals with respect and sensitivity is via establishing and practising Inclusion and by teaching and developing Positive Attitude.
· One of the ways to treat other person with respect is simply by acknowledging and validating contribution they make;

2. Racial Discrimination Act 1975 prohibits discrimination basis any Race, skin colour, Nationality or origin. Example: Asian person restricted from applying for certain job.
3. Disability Discrimination Act 1992 covers restricting and prohibiting discrimination on the basis any physical or learning disability illness, presence of any organism causing disease [such as HIV] for provision of any employment, services, education or any other facility.
