The ability of a brain to adapt is called neuroplasticity.
The baby’s brain consists of neuron which are required in its life and there are nearly 75000 neurons. When the baby attains the age of two years these neurons gets doubled because through experiences and environment these changes happen. As the connections are growing differently it helps the baby to adapt the environment. Educators has to ensure that required challenges are present in the environment given to the baby so that these experiences has helps them in focused attention.

Answer
The family of the child is a source of information that is helpful for the service provider. Babies and toddlers are at the stage where they are learning how to speak and in that case, good communication with families helps in a smoother transition from and to the service. In order to update parents about the progress of the child and to ensure that child is fully supported through child-care and parents intervention communication with families is required.
