Policy and procedure document development purpose and scope:
This process establish the system for the development, review, submission for the purpose of approval and for the policy document publishing in order to perform an essential role in the company Clarke & Co. system.
The various procedures assist the company in the following ways:
· It tries to achieve the legislative and the governance responsibilities and also helps to accomplish the organisational goals.
· It helps to ensure that there is clarity maintained. It helps in consistency, transparency and accountability in the decision making process.
· It helps to reduce the potential risks of the company.
These procedures can be applied to all the policy documents of the company as well can be directed towards the employees and can help to develop, review, approve and implement the policy document in the organization.
Outline of the policies and procedure of the document’s readability pattern:
· Usage of requisite syllable word if possible and as appropriate
· The main idea of the document must be mentioned at the beginning of each of the paragraph so that it becomes easy for the reader to know the matter.
· Defining the tough word based on context clues. Also there may be usage of parentheses in order to elaborate the word and also using citation or a foot note in order to explain the word in detail.
Outline of the policy and procedures document named and storage:
· Name: The must be short and clear title used for the document. The must also be version details with number and the publishing date in the title.
· Storage: Both the digital copy and the softcopy must be stored in the system of the organization. Also it must be ensured that the policies and procedures are kept up-to-date is any modifications and alternations are done.
Addressing document formatting:
Font: There should be two different fonts used for the document preparation and which must be of 12 sizes for the word.
Spacing: The must be proper spacing used between two words, sentences, paragraphs in order to enable the user to read the document without any difficulties.
Bullet and Numbering: There must be usage of bullet point and numbering wherever required and when there is necessity to breakdown the content.
Heading: There must be guideline page used for the heading so that it gives a clear heading in order to retrieve it easily. Also there needs to be the heading underlined in bold.
Margins: There needs to be changes made in the margins in order to guarantee that the texts in the documents are properly layout and is not jumbled.

Part 1:
1. An employee’s contract of employment may be terminated by either the employer or the employee giving the notice required by the applicable Award or the industrial Relations Act 1990.
2. Where the prescribed notice is not given, the employee shall be paid wages in lieu of notice, or the employer may withhold wages due to the employee, as the case may be equivalent to the notice not given or received.
Part2:
1. Notwithstanding Part 1 above, where any employee is guilty of misconduct, the contract of employment may be terminated instantaneously. In such cases there is no requirement for the giving of notice or payment in lieu of notice.
2. Where it is alleged that an employee is guilty of misconduct, the employee shall be provided with details of the allegation/s and be given a reasonable opportunity to respond to allegations prior to a decision being made to either terminate the employment or to issue a written warning.
