1. Explain why you chose the topic and video that you did.
The administrative assistant in the field of health is crucial in addressing customer demands. Conflicts can result from a lack of communication, as was described in training, and various behavioural traits and stereotypical views can be key contributors to this. In order to overcome inner conflict and have a more comprehensive understanding of the issue, self-awareness is a crucial component in learning to care for others (Bayır-Toper, Sellman & Joseph,2020). I selected this movie because it demonstrates how to effectively resolve conflicts through the use of appropriate verbal and nonverbal cues, which can be inherited by being one's the authentic self. The speaker, Carolone McHugh, is a professional speaker, writer, teacher, and coach. She discusses these topics and how to become more self-aware, as well as the various presumptions that one can have about themselves, the various personality or self-seeing phases that one goes through in life, and how other people can influence how one thinks about oneself or who they are (Gan, Heller & Chen,2018).
