It can be said that there are some of the things that are within our power, as well as s

In general words it can be said that Enchiridion means manual and this particular book by Epictetus is a short text of different pieces with regard to the philosophical advice of the life. This book begins with the fact that when an individual understands what belongs to them and chooses to only focus on that then they can be unhindered as well as free. For example, it is also suggested by the book that if we focus on the things that are not in our control then it will only bring huge amount of suffering as well as pain. It is also said by Epictetus that should love the nature of things instead of thing itself (Epictetus and Thomas).
The majority of the advice that is given by Epictetus is mainly aimed for making an individual much more content by helping them to focus on the things they have instead of focusing on the things that they do not have. In the conclusion it can be said that it is told by Epictetus for accepting the rules that they have taken into consideration for living by the laws and not breaking them to the readers.
