In my opinion, Terry stop in the United States is in return for the safety of the general public. Also, it is in
no way a violation of the 4th amendment. It basically reserves the right of personal privacy against
unreasonable circumstances. The amendment has clearly mentioned that upon probable cause, warrant
shall be issued upon proper investigation.
Instead, Terry stop works on the same page...
