Despite early budgetary assurances, the federal government has pledged to acknowledge and treat the unique health needs of Métis and Inuit people. Additionally, critics claim that additional financing and research are required.
The COVID-19 epidemic made it much harder for Métis, Inuit, and First Nations people living outside of reservations to access health treatment. But a dearth of trustworthy data collecting makes it difficult to pinpoint their particular needs and answers.
We both likely have the mental idea of Canada as the country with the most abundant natural resources and a stunning landscape since I am also a fellow Canadian. Unfortunately, we are killing off native people and damaging this beautiful nature on a daily basis. Many Canadians, like me, would wonder why more isn't being done to protect our beautiful country.
