I have based my outline on Legislative Assembly of Oregon that is bicameral that consist of the House of Representatives as well as Senate. This bill can be brought into action if chamber needs to be approved by all the stakeholders in order to become a law (Oregonlegislative.gov, 2018). The journey, from the very conception to become as written law, bill in Oregon follows the path mentioned below
I. Conception - Early Stage of the Bill
