    Work-life balance is a critical issue that affects both the organization and its employees (Chopra, 2022). It refers to the ability of employees to balance their personal and professional lives, which is essential for their well-being and job satisfaction. When employees experience a poor work-life balance, they may feel overwhelmed, stressed, and burnt out, which can lead to lower productivity, absenteeism, and turnover. One way HRM can address this issue is through training and development. By offering training programs that focus on time management, stress management, and work-life balance, employees can learn new skills to help them better manage their workloads and personal lives (Afif, 2019).
