HRD System at PT. Angin Ribut wants to add a sub system to handle employee leave and overtime. The leave allowance provided by PT Angin Ribut is 12 days per year, however each year it will increase by 1 day until the maximum leave allowance reaches 20 days. Leave can be taken per half day. More than three hours will count as half a day. Overtime process is similar to leave, can be taken per half day. Every time an employee applies for leave, he must get approval from his immediate supervisor. If approved, the annual leave allowance will be reduced according to the number of days on the leave request. For each agreement on overtime, the employee's leave allowance will increase according to the number of overtime days in the employee's request. An administrator is responsible for granting leave per year. The leave allowance will be forfeited if it is not used until March of the following year, except with the approval of the President Director, the leave allowance can be extended. The process of removing leave is carried out by the admin.
