Introduction
    Being obese has become a way of our life and we are trapped in this harsh reality of obesity. This multifaceted diseaseis sourced from various determinants. Individual, socio-cultural, organizational, societal and many more factors influences this disease. The rural community is deprived of the quintessential resources need to combat this issue. Thus, an appropriate model must be in place to address this problem.
Levels of ecological model
    Individual or intrapersonal level- This mostly contributes to the behavioral perspective based on belief, attitude, personality and knowledge of an individual.

    Relationship level or interpersonal level-The relationship terms within a society influences the behaviour and provide support to an individual.
    Societal or organization level- This includes the institutions or organizations such as schools, workplaces and healthcare centre that forms a major part of our lives.
