Environmental Protection Agency is responsible for forming all the regulations related to
waste and Hazardous solid management. Almost 33 percent of the total global waste is being
produced in United States majority of which comes from industrialization such as mining, oil
and gas production etc and rest from homes in form of garbage (Blackman, 2001). Hazardous
solid waste is that waste which contains 39 toxic.
