According to the report of CNN Philippines dated December 30, 2020, Defense
Secretary Delfin Lorenzana on the presidential Security Group receiving
unregistered Covid-19 vaccines sentiment would acclaim that “It is smuggled
because it’s been unauthorized. Hindi authorized itong mga pumasok dito. Only
the government can authorize that through the FDA. Sa tingin ko naman ay hindi
(a breach in security), maganda naman ang layunin nila.”  Vaccines used by
Duterte’s Security group smuggled but justified. But, Defense Secretary Delfin
Lorenzana also says “he doesn’t know how the issue can be resolved since the
Presidential Security Group violated Food and Drug Administration rules.”
