For this, I would ensure to keep a safety aid and the health aids emergency such as the assistance of doctor and nurse within the scope of the hotel. I would also bring out the necessary techniques, to revive up the patients, if at all required during the emergency trips or falls.
What are some safe work practices that should be followed?
It is better to train the staff & guide them adequately, that would help in dealing with the accidents prone areas. For the customers, one need to assist them and ensure their safety and care is adequately looked pon.

Does the hotel have guidelines to follow if a customer is drunk?
To maintain calm & ask the staff to insist on dropping the customers to their respective room, when they are a completely drunk state. This would ensure that the safety guidelines to be met.
Who can you call upon to assist?
During such cases, if there is an emergency, I would request the bouncers to come and deal with the customers, who are misbehaving with the staff & fellow other customers. Adequate security would be kept,
