WAYS TO REDUCE THE POTENTIAL FOR DISPUTES IN CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS
Disputes can be a common issue in construction projects due to the issues of time management, lack of communication, cost expansion, disobedience of clauses and many other problems. Therefore, in order to make a construction project successful, it is very important that the potential for such disputes are restricted or prevented (Walker, Davis & Stevenson, 2017).
Some of the ways of reducing potential for disputes in construction projects are—
a) Organizing pre-construction conferences or meetings: Every project should be discussed and planned properly before proceeding. Meetings and conferences should be held for transparency of information.
