1. Executive Summary
As we know that there is increase in IT growth its impressive impact on expanding efficiency of public as well as private associations at the world and worldwide development to utilizing various kinds of data frameworks. Procedure of framework advancement will experience its very own life cycle and each procedure must be refined so as to fulfill organization's aims and objectives. This article exhibits a case that can be used for as the group project in system analysis and managing overall project. The case is adequately detailed analysis of project management (Cappel, nd). Here, we have given the case of Crayon Pharmaceuticals in which we have to implement a project of integrated solution of B2B and B2C with SAP O2C, Payroll, HRM, Logistics, SCM and CRM Solution in the organization. This document will be used as Project Charter that will provide project scope along with financial and stakeholder analysis.
2. Introduction
As we know that all the projects are interrelated in the organization through HR, finance, time planning, SCM and so on. Hence, we can say that the development and implementation of information system in an organization is very big and extraordinary peculation venture for association that can help in gaining competitive advantage in this unique worldwide market. The main objective of this project document is to get the extensive baseline of what should be the objective of the system and what must it provide, what method should be used to accomplish it, who will be included. It ought to be utilized as a kind of perspective for any decision that can be made by project manager and for explanation of vague areas (Borstnar, M., K. & Pucihar, 2014). Such a report can be utilized as a source by using the project in order to guarantee that project management is done reliably and in accordance with policy as well as procedures (Business Insight Ltd, 2019). In this paper, we have given the case of Crayon Pharmaceuticals and we need to develop Project Charter for the given organization that can help to successfully implement the systems in the organization.

3.1. Project Scope
The main scope of the project is to implement B2B and B2C based SAP system that can help the customers to make online orders by making online payment. Also, the entire system will be Cloud based. The system will also help to manage in-house processed like managing HR activities, the complete system for SCM to manage supply chain network and logistics and CRM system.
3.2. Project Objective
The main objective of the project is to implement the above integrated system that will help to manage all the processes. It will help the customers to make online orders by making online payments which will be an effective way to increase the overall revenue of the organization. It will be centralized system where one database will be connected with another. CRM will enable the organization to fulfill all the requirements of the customer by responding their queries in few minutes (Salesforce.com, inc., 2019).
