Under this act the salon require to have to obtain professional accreditation, abide by all the taxation requirements, following the safety and health requirements, employee liability insurance and public liability insurance (Garcia-Lopez, 2018).
International Standard for CSR
ISO 26000 is generally defined as the international standard, which is developed to assist the organization in effectively assessing and addressing the corporate social responsibilities (CSR). The CSR of the organization is generally relevant and significant with the organizations mission and vision, operations and the processes, customers, employees, communities and all the stakeholders who are engaged in the organizational operation along with the environmental impact (Liao et al., 2017).
Environment Management System
International standards: Environment management system (EMS) is an essential component of the mining management system for creating framework for responsibilities, procedures and process to prevent adverse impact over environment. The international standard for EMS is ISO14001. For the evaluation, validation and verification ISO 14031 is applicable which falls under environment performance evaluation (Pacana and Ulewicz, 2017).
Australian Standard: The Australian standard for following environmental management system is AS/NZS ISO 14001, which is the Australian and New Zealand Standard providing the requirements of EMS. The validation, verification of EMS in Australia is followed by AS/NZS ISO 14001:2004 EMS requirements according to the Australian legal standard (Moumen and El Aoufir, 2017).
