Shutdown Maintenance 1. Use the Beneficiation process plant (PFD) and understand the process 2. Use Shutdown Works document (Spreadsheet) and navigate all tabs to understand the intend of this assignment 3. Use MS Project tool to prepare the Planning and Scheduling for given works during shutdown 4. Assumptions: · Materials are available in inventory · PREP Work : Should happen 2 Weeks prior to shutdown (Include 1 Line in GANTT to organize HIRE EQUIPMENTS - Use XS93-L95 10 off Resources) · Ramp Down Works:  . Allow 2 shifts at the start of shutdown (1 Day Shift and 1 Night Shift) . Cleaning of Bins, Chutes, Bucket Wheels etc., . Isolation: Mechanical, LV Electrical, Water, Air · Ramp Up Works:Quotation for External Vendor or OEM work can be assumed on day rate  . Allow 1 shift after the shutdown (1 Day Shift) . Commissioning . De-isolations REQUIREMENT: Task 1: Start with AREA IDENTIFICATION using Functional Location of each work order Task 2: Prepare Gantt Template Task 3: 1. Gantt should be well controlled (Check Sample Gantt Sheet in Shutdown Works spreadsheet/ Check for interactions) 2. Critical Path should be captured area-wise 3. Resource should be grouped (Form a Team/Crew) - Refer to video tutorial CREWING AND LABELING. 4. Each Team should be managed by Supervisor (1 supervisor can manage many teams) 5. Cost should calculated upon scheduling 6. Level the resources efficiently   7. Give the total number of labor and equipment resources required for each work center 8. Same Crew/Team should do all the tasks in CRITICAL PATH (with different Day shift /Night shift
