Hi,

This is a first part 1000 words Source Analysis assessment that follows a second part

in continuation to this assessment which will be the written report. As it is a 2 part assessment i will need you to also do the written report to follow. So that you can clearly understand what needs to be done i am uploading several files. The first two are pdf files of the brief to both parts of assessments. Please do not be confused by this, at this stage I just need Assessment 2A - Source Analysis done. The other 2B - Written Report is just for reference, I will officially submit it once 2A gets marked and feedback from lecturer is received.
Now, the chosen topic for this assessment is a. Using Social Media in the workplace to Communicate with Staff. There are 4 sources that need to be used, 2 of which need to be from reliable academic resources, the other 2 sources can come from YouTube or TEDtalks or other non-academic sources. I am also attaching a word document that contains a list of useful resources that are to be preferably used accordingly, obviously not all listed have to be utilised but the more that come from this list the better.
The references also need to be appropriate in terms of where they are coming from, for example i reside in Australia so please use resources that are not obscure and come from like Bali or India without providing a link.

I am attaching another pdf file that is an example of Source Analysis Entries to guide you as to how it should be done. Also, please include a final reference list of all 4 sources as a minimum in APA 6th ed. style, and in terms of the chosen topic a., that it is to be based on, it should also be aimed and directed towards the hospitality industry, in particular to restaurants.
Lastly, most importantly of all, please make sure to do this assessment to an exceptional quality of a Distinction Grade.

Thanks

The creators gave a huge amount of academic proof as 50 sources were examined. The report is straightforward, as the developers look at it. In view of media synchronicity and speculations of social capital, the developers suggest that online networking may promote the social capital of workers and thus encourage the transfer of data. The flow of social capital and knowledge helps to facilitate the implementation of research. The creators, in particular, embrace shared vision; arrange bonds and confidence to speak to the subjective, auxiliary and social elements of social capital individually. The analysis model is checked using information collected from 379 working Chinese experts
Objectivity
Despite the fact that process relations and trust do not directly affect work performance, the impact is incompletely interfered with through knowledge movement. The analysis offers observational evidence as to how the effect of web-based social networking on work performance is transmitted through social capital and learning movement.
