I possess leadership as a strength in order to serve the workplace and helping them in effectively managing, leading and motivate the employees.
However, the area of communication needs a requirement to master the emotions of employees. Leaders embrace the cultural differences for the important workplace and solving the issues like responsibility, respect for authority and management. Diversity in living life has the potential to work with the groups that can either increase or decrease productiveness depending on the approach of leadership while handling cultural diversity.

For my leadership development plan I could use the situational leadership approach because it helps in leading the leadership asserts. Situational approach of leadership is used by most of the leaders to have a couple of management patterns and to transport flexibly amongst them. This may require exercise to develop. It is essential for leaders to elongate this way, though; due to the fact exclusive conditions and the unique methods are necessary for arranging patterns of management to deliver out the exceptional results (Mascareno, Rietzschel & Wisse, 2020).
This development plan could be fulfilled only by using flexibility because a situational leader is the one who is paying close attention to the changing needs of task, team and organisation and adjusting their style of leadership to bring out the best in their team members, thus, ensuring the successful outcomes. For instance, during the time of Covid 19 situational leadership can be effective enough because the battle to win the crisis of Covid 19 crisis in order to strong leadership.
I believe that an effective leader with the goodwill in the crisis to develop the adaptive and flexible approach. With the application of situational approach, I could use the coaching technique for focusing on the personal development of individual and enhancing their job-specific skill. In directing part, I will ensure the direction to make sure that the employees are acting according to the commands.
