For instance, during the time of Covid 19 situational leadership can be effective enough because the battle to win the crisis of Covid 19 crisis in order to strong leadership.
I believe that an effective leader with the goodwill in the crisis to develop the adaptive and flexible approach. With the application of situational approach, I could use the coaching technique for focusing on the personal development of individual and enhancing their job-specific skill.
