In Avengers Primary School, the investigation has resulted in the theft of three I-pads which are stolen by Thanos, a 13 year old 7th grader. The circumstantial evidences are against him; he has been, by his classmates, seen using one of the I-pads while returning home from school as well as there is a set of keys which are found in his school bag that replicate the original keys to the vault located next to principal’s office. His fingerprints are also there on the vault, proving that he has accessed the vault. Altogether, evidences suggest that he approached the vault and stole the I-pads which were meant to be common use of all the boys.
Rule
    There is a combination of In Loco Parentis along with formal parental guidance that is applied to the case. In Loco Parentis stands as for assigning educators the duty of parents at schools, handling the matters of students with that core essence of love that is expected to be provided by educators at schools. In Loco Parentis is formally applied to the given case study because definitely at some point, Thanos might have got that inspiration to use the I-pads at his disposal, without seeking the permission of the educator.
Application
    There are two dimensions of reviewing the case; the first one belongs to In Loco Parentis as a conceptual framework which is legally applicable over the case. The educators provide that ground of learning which is stemmed at family level. Therefore; it would be in the liability of the educators to make sure that the vault remains safe and well protected not only through security measures but also through their instructions given to the whole class.
