My apartment had lack of online resident portal because of that we are not able to make payment online or do any kind of maintenance service online which is the biggest problem for all the resident. Resident need to do everything manually and sometime resident working time and the apartment working time is same so at that time resident need to suffer a lot and need to take off from job earlier just to pay the rent and request maintenance service. Another example, Suppose Resident is out of country or out of the home in the 1st of the month then it the biggest problem for them.
