It holds high importance and value, and targets mass interaction, bringing upon their mass interaction and making the mass community focus on the highlighted limelight of that particular event which is being planned to be organized. Alignment of Chosen Event and Strategic Objectives of the Local Council This is to bring upon to notice with reference to the event management as to highlight the main intention of the event, thereby eyeing upon its positivity, and the limelight of his event success being proposed to be projected under the permission of approval of this particular event by the local council. The following reference succinctly, within a nutshell spells out the pros of letting this event take place in the mentioned and proposed locality, and the prosperity confined along with this event being arranged in the contemplated venue, under the precise locality. As mentioned by Broudehoux and Sanchez (2016), events require various organizational teams, separated under particular duties to be performed, and the whole outcome is evaluated as one. The event planner and the event organizer then, under proper permission of the authorities, transmits the proposed event to the targeted mass population of the entire participant taking active part in making the event a successful one. These aspects are already sought by the local council. Hence, there is a clear alignment. In this event, the main objective of the organisers will be reduction of the plastic waste which is a major pollution problem and every single thing which will be used would be recycled or 100% biodegradable. Positive Impacts of Chosen Event on Local Community and its Measurement The arranged event would help us reach the mass population of the community residing in this community, thereby making them aware of its values and morals, and making them notice the pros of such an event being arranged in the community. Moreover, as supported by Svensson, Hancock and Hums (2017), events are the best way to reach the mass population to get good knowledge and awareness about the project which is being organized. Also, the people who were initially not aware about all such existent events would be exposed to such opportunistic exposure of events and their bucket of thought about the possibilities of such events would enlarge. Besides, it should also be remembered that since the mass is being targeted and their interests are being aimed to be brought to notice; therefore, there would be an increase in the number of individuals taking part in attending such an event would gradually multiply. As stated by Getz and Page (2016), pollution being targeted to be reduced, would help fight the many environmental and eco-geographical issues of the community, help us build a better community, with cleaner and healthier environment, fresh ambience, and healthy ecology all around. Thus, there would be minimalistic health issues in the population due to a better pollution free aura. Likewise, since the local people of the community are being allowed to take past actively in this event, their indulgence would make them more aware and concerned about reduction of pollution. Being provided with gift hampers, the people would show more interest in being an active participant there. In this event, the pollution rate of the local community would be evaluated and would be compared thereby, with the rate of pollution which was already there in the local community, and the rate of pollution which is there after the event that is being organized. The confident slope decrease in pollution levels would obviously be displayed in public as a proof of the positive impact of the event (Austin& Pinkleton, 2015). Regular tally would be done, every 3 months to keep a track and check on the decline rate of the pollution of this local community. Mitigation of Possible Negative Impacts of the Chosen Event Since this event targets the improvement of environmental conditions of the local community, thereby reducing the pollution occurring there, and decreasing the impact of a polluted environment there in, hence, most of the steps being abided during the occurrence of the entire event would lead to a positive impact on the entire society, hence helping them build an environmentally healthier sustainable community to live in. Besides, as mentioned by Gration, Raciti, Getz and Andersson (2016), since this event is based upon the betterment of lifestyle improvement of the community, the negative impact, if any, would be infinitesimally small. The society, if polluted, as already has been tallied earlier, would gradually be on the verge of declination of lifestyle quality, thereby making it an unhealthy locality to live in. Negative impacts of this event, if any, would be quickly tackled by our control team, which is certified to be quick in action as we focus on bringing up the positive pessimistic side of every event being organized, the main aim being kept well in mind. All the registered complaints would be considered personally, if there is any negative impact of this event, which we already presume, would not be there. Negative impacts would be taken onto account digitally and proper measure steps would be immediately brought to action. Some of the negative impacts and mitigation can be- Impact Mitigation Serious Injury Availability of first Aid team Weather Will be checked by weather forecast team ahead and if there is any change then mitigation will be taken. Financial Hence this event is being supported by the council so there is no fear of financial risk, but each step would be taken under the budget. Over Crowding Security teams will be their at all the time during the event. Type of Event Support being sought for this Event with Justification The event being attempted to be done on a massive scale, so the prior requirement is funding. Fund raisers are being targeted and we attempt to achieve the required funding for this event to be a successful one. Moreover, as the marathon runners would be active participants, proper medical team and healthcare facilities should be present on duty 24*7. Sanitary facilities are to be a prior concern for the maintenance of proper hygiene of the participants who have been taking part in the event actively by the council. Road maps, the updated ones should be provided by the geographic concerned team such that there are no problems being faced by the marathon runners while on the participation line. Refreshment drink supplier team and required quick aid care must be a target point to be kept on check. Furthermore, since pollution check is the prior concern and we are aiming at digitalization of this check point of pollution reduction evaluation, thus technical teams should be highly active in its performance. This event being aimed to target in reduction of pollution of this very local community, hence, event supports such as medic care, health care, geographic guidance team, refreshment drink providers and sponsors. Moreover, hygiene maintenance team should be into action such that, the participants who are actively taking part in this marathon would be able to remain healthy all by themselves or under the care of the health care and medic care teams. Similarly, as supported by Constantinou, Felber and Chan (2017), if the proper funding is not being raised, then the mentioned facilities, along with the maintenance of the organization of this particular event would be at stake, since, funding is required for the event to take place in a structured manner. Since digital checks are being made to check the reduction level of the pollution rate, thus, technical team should be active participants as well in such cases of the event being held in the local community. Conclusion Keeping the above mentioned points and references on mind, and dealing with the present day scenario, comparing it with the present day conditions of this community, the local community morals would be brought to track, also homogeneity of the issues faced by this particular community would be reduced to a large extent if this event is let being performed under formal permission and the required publicity of this event being permitted to be done from beforehand, we would be able to attract the mass population of this local community and bring onto their notice, thereby, furthermore helping in the community development.
