Every business organization in the world is facing different challenges. While analyzing the organization The Organization Grounds of Alexandria is also facing different internal and external problems. Most of the researchers stated that it is the duty of the business leaders to adopt productive tools such as effective communication system or effective leadership strategies for managing the issues faced by the organization. In this research paper, the researcher is analyzing the communication models adopted by the company The Grounds of Alexandria and also considering the influence of leadership practices and strategies. While analyzing the organization structure and culture of the organization, it is clear that the company following the functional structure for meeting the needs of the customers. Time to time-based on the needs and interest of the customers the company is making changes to the dishes and other food items. The company is also giving more importance to customer services activities and the company is also collecting feedback from the customers for improving the quality of the services provided to the customers. While going through this report the audience can also understand the communication models, different strategies and tools used by the organization for gaining income. The company started its operations as Café, now the company involved in multiple business activities. Most of the customers are highly satisfied with the services offered by the organization. Ramzey Choker is the CEO and founder of the company, according to the words Ramzey Choker (2018) the main objective of the organization is to create an experience for the people by providing quality products and services. The company is also giving more importance to innovative practices and policies. The headquarters of the company is situated in New South Wales in Australia and the company provides food items such as cakes, pastries and other ready to cook foods. Customers call The Grounds of Alexandria as a little city because the provides a different experience to the customers. There is a garden, markets and florist and the company is also providing customers to be involved in the food-making process. The company is using online as an effective medium for communicating information to the customers. The company has its designers for promoting the products and services provided by the organization online. Since 2016 onwards the company started to provide cooking classes to the people through online and offline. More than 15,000 customers are visiting the Grounds of Alexandria in the week. The organization is also valuing the suggestions provided by the customers, the company provide an opportunity to the customers for communicating their interest and needs through e-mail or social media platform.
