Most of the researchers stated that it is the duty of the business leaders to adopt productive tools such as effective communication system or effective leadership strategies for managing the issues faced by the organization. In this research paper, the researcher is analyzing the communication models adopted by the company The Grounds of Alexandria and also considering the influence of leadership practices and strategies. While analyzing the organization structure and culture of the organization, it is clear that the company following the functional structure for meeting the needs of the customers. Ramzey Choker is the CEO and founder of the company, according to the words Ramzey Choker (2018) the main objective of the organization is to create an experience for the people by providing quality products and services. The company is also giving more importance to innovative practices and policies. The headquarters of the company is situated in New South Wales in Australia and the company provides food items such as cakes, pastries and other ready to cook foods. Customers call The Grounds of Alexandria as a little city because the provides a different experience to the customers.
