Hi,

All details of what needs to be done for assessment are as specified in the pdf file attached. There are four parts, all consisting of a total of 800 words, divided into each part consisting of 1. Writing Activity- 350 words, 2. An email in response to a staff request- 200 words, 3. A letter in response to a customer complaint- 250 words, 4. A reference list-not included in word count.
This assessment is to be written in word, so that I can then upload it into my portal as a blog as specified in the file attached, and it should be written and done to an exceptional grade of Distinction.
Also, the references must follow APA 6th ed. style for referencing.
Thanks,

Karla
