My colleague, Sarah has become upset after receiving criticism on her performance in project review. She decided to escalate the issue by approaching leadership team with request for revaluation of feedback. This helped to resolve the situation and coworker, Daniel and I took initiative for the private discussion with Sarah. We acknowledged her concerns and suggested an alternative approach.
