However, a small distribution network and a small number of staff members are the major weaknesses of the chosen company. The present project aims to investigate the issues faced by F&F produce ltd. Furthermore, the project also aims at defining the ways through which the sales and degree of customer satisfaction can be improved within the organisation. Her

In the present scenario, the competition among businesses operating in almost every industry has become so intense that it is not easy for a company to attract the desired number of customers and sustain in the marketplace. Nowadays, businesses are required to emphasise on delivering high-quality products and services at competitive or affordable prices to the customers so that they can sustain in the marketplace or industry (Seale et al, 2015). In addition to this, quality measurement tools and techniques are also required to be employed by organisations so that the best quality of services and products are delivered to the customers and sales in the long-run can be enhanced.
The first aim of the current project is to identify the way in which F&F produce ltd. can deliver the best quality of products and services to its customers to attain a high degree of satisfaction within the customers or people in the target market. Furthermore, the present project also aims at identifying the issues related to customer services within F&F produce ltd. Apart from this, the project also emphasises on identifying the ways through which F&F produce ltd. can enhance its volume of sales in the long-run.

The present project was conducted by using the inductive approach of research, and the use of this approach has supported the researcher in the searching pattern by carrying out an observation. In addition to this, the descriptive design of research project was taken into consideration by the researcher with an objective to describe different elements associated with the customer services, quality of products and sales within the organisation.
To collect the required and adequate data or information, primary and secondary sources of data collection were used by the researcher (Taylor, Bogdan & DeVault, 2015). Here, primary data was collected from the managers working in F&F produce ltd. and the secondary data was collected through different journals, books and online sources. Interview from managers working in the company was carried out with an objective to identify the issues related to sales, products and service quality and customer satisfaction. The managers were also encouraged to provide views and suggestion on the ways in which sales and product quality within F&F produce ltd. can be improved.
To carry to the analysis of the data collected from primary and secondary has been carried out using the qualitative technique of data analysis (Lewis, 2015). The response provided by managers and the results of secondary data has been present to develop detailed knowledge and understanding about different issues present within F&F produce ltd.
Reasons behind selecting of methods
The rationale behind selecting the inductive approach to research project was that it helped the researcher in understanding the patterns linked with the issues faced within F&F produce ltd. The patterns have further supported in the development of new themes to accomplish the aim and objectives of the present project (Flick, 2015). The reason behind selecting the descriptive design of research was that it has helped in the carrying out observation of the patterns in the environment which was natural and completely unchanged.
