    Under Section 4.1.2, it is mentioned that the continuity of staff is expected so that the child does not encounter any trouble in getting constancy of education. The educators will be responsible to make sure that no gap occurs in their teaching practices, in terms of helping the child about reaching out to the goals set for education. The availability of the proper staff to educate child will be over the centre. It will be more like the collaboration of services with the capacity of the staff available at the centre.

    As an early childhood educator, the preservation of rights that make him or her free from discrimination directly belongs to me as an educator. The child goes through the process of learning and it is in the capacity of the educator to help the child know more about the world around him or her which is full of positive and negative environments and societies in which he or she has to grow. The questions of discrimination will be addressed during this learning process.
