As a result, there has been a huge number of the loopholes in the company relating to various structural workings of a multinational companies in Tokyo and elsewhere. It has sabotaged the code of conduct thereby paving a way for ethical dilemma. The sudden dismissal is a nature of the companies operating in Tokyo because of its opportunist mindset which is much influenced by sycophant hegemony of the United States of America.

Sony is a multinational company based in Japan which started in the year 1946 during the World War II. Earlier it was known as the Tokyo Telecommunications Corp which was named by a person called Akio Morita. Over the years with the rapid technological advancement the company has diversified its services. The business services that Sony offers are varied starting from gaming, to electronics, to financial services and to entertainment (sony, 2019).
