Hello. I was wondering if someone could do this assignment for me because I don't have enough time and it is due today. Its a lab report and you need to answer the following questions and use the two provided images of Brass that are located inside the PDF, to measure and calculate grain size and quantity of grains.: Please answer the following questions down below since you will need to answer them for the lab.:



1. Using the line intercept method calculate the grain size for the two provided specimens of brass.


2. Using the grain diameter measurement method, measure as many grains as you are able.


3. Create a spreadsheet with a table of these results and calculate average, standard deviation, and standard error.


4. Is there a difference between the results of the two methods of grain size determinations? Why?


5. Compare the results from these two specimens against ASTM grain size standards, which brass alloy would you predict each specimen is?


6. Describe the phyical properties of these predictions and how these properties relate to grain size.
