Hello, I was wondering if an expert could help me out with a research paper for my material science class. The topic for this assignment is about steel and how it is important in the manufacturing industry, especially in how it helps with submarines. I will attach the assignment instructions as well as a link to a source I am using. Please look for any other sources that would help with this paper. Thanks.

RESEARCH PAPER GUIDELINES: Everyone should have by now an approved material’s topic for their research paper. Some points on the paper:  Paper should be research-based. It does NOT need to follow any MLA / APA research paper formatting. It should be written as an executive summary, highlighting the main points in a fairly concise manner. While there is no set formatting requirement, all citations should be declared with appropriate sources. Additionally, please include all sources (books, websites, video streams, experts interviewed etc.) that you referenced so that your classmates can explore some more if interested.  Paper should be 1 to 2 typed pages. Use 12 point font, 1 inch margins, and double spaced/ paragraph form. This length does NOT include research citations / references.  Paper should be saved/posted in the RESEARCH PAPER DISCUSSION BOARD for your classmates to review.  Paper should be written in Word document format.  I suggest reading your classmates’ papers and printing them out as a handy reference portfolio on a diverse array of material science topics for future use. Feel free to begin discussion threads in the Research Paper Discussion link on any paper you read that strikes an interest to you (just like the weekly discussion topics I post). I will be reviewing these postings from classmates and assigning bonus points to student’s Participation grade based on the quality of comments, dialogue, and/ or expansion of topic(s).  Good luck.
