oes not treat each and every single person in an equal manner relating to the people existing within the class. This is how they should treat them in a fair manner if they feel the rights are deserved by the people. Other than that, the social structure appears to be important because the code states that the laws are found to be modified effectively for each class.
2. The code is found to distinguish between the wealth and the social class. Since it does not always rule in favour of oppressed and the ones in penury. Since it favoured the widows, orphans and poor and provided them justice accordingly. Other than that, the code happened to be different for each of the class and therefore were modified accordingly.
