These tutorial questions are available in the Tutorial Folder for each week on Blackboard. The Interactive Tutorials are designed to assist students with the process, skills and knowledge to answer the provided tutorial questions. Your task is to answer a selection of tutorial questions for weeks 7 to 11 inclusive and submit these answers in a single document. In an organisation, there occur certain situations, when the delivery of the bad news needs to be given. The news are basically the decision that are not being agreed upon and that need to be communicated through a proper channel. Richter et al. (2016) have discussed that while delivering a bad news certain goals need to be followed such as being clear and concise in the communication, helping the receiver in understanding the message, maintaining trust with the message, avoidance of any kind of legal liability, maintenance of relationship and many more points that need to be considered. The methods of communication can be used is by directly speaking with the necessary person, sending e-mail with the word of disagreement, however maintain all the professional aspect as that e-mail might not pose as a harassment and lastly through sending memo the communication can be made with respect to the message that need to be delivered and that to in a formal manner.
