Assuming that you are taking a business  analyst role in a real estate consulting firm, and you are asked to leverage your business  analytical skills to make better use of the given housing dataset.    By finishing this assignment, you will achieve the following learning outcomes:   1. Review the current algorithms, methodologies and modelling for ICT business  analytics;     2. Evaluate various ICT business analytic tools and techniques; and     3. Propose a business analytics report to solve practical problems identified in an ICT  business project.   The entire assignment has two stages. In this individual assignment, you will finish the second  stage by yourself alone.   Main tasks to do in individual assignment:   • Select one business analysis task* from Task 3 of your group assignment   • Select an appropriate data mining method for your analysis task   • Analyse and discuss your results/findings/achievement    • Provide your suggestions based on your results/findings/achievement to business  management   • Present your work to the class Report to submit   You need to submit your report via dropbox on VU Collaborate, NIT3171 space. Each group  has its own submission dropbox, that is, one group only needs to submit one copy. You also  needs to submit your presentation PPT file. Introduction: 
 Here the selected business is banking business. The business analysis of the banking business is to analyze the problem of the company and make an interface between the customer and the organizations. Business analyze is used to identify the development of the IT system. It also fulfils the customer's requirements and makes communication between the business and Information technology sides. The main goal of the business analysis is to identify the problem of this business, condition of the company and through the software development life cycle, this will be achieved by the business analysis process (Kerzner, 2018). In this report, discuss the problem or task of the business analysis and some methodology with the Boston housing data set to solve the business analysis problem by using some algorithm, data set etc. Then at the last of the report discuss the result of the report and conclude this report. 
The problem of the business analysis:
The business analysis problem is a set of methods that are used to identify the issue of the business and find the requirement of the stakeholders. It includes:
· Definition the project scope
· Ensuring the primary purpose of the banking business
· Funding strategy establishment
· Generates the better plan and the testing strategy of the project
· Sells the project to the stakeholders
· Facilitates the risk management of the project
When some problem arises in the banking business, and the plan of the company is not working correctly then the business analysis problem is used. The business analyst performs the development of the information technology project. 
The role of the business analysis in the IT project of the bank:
1. To make a large scale business, development of the project, also for the new business areas including different complex process and the requirements of the customer of the bank and the end user or the stakeholders who are related with this business, business analysis is used (Lehmann, 2016)
2. It is not the critical thing that the project of the company is external or internal. For both case, the business analysis takes a vital role. It appoints some experienced user of the business who is more familiar with the environment of the banking business, and the user has some knowledge about the technology of the IT.
3. According to the size of the project, appoint sufficient staff to take over the role of the business analysis. One of the dedicated teams is necessary for the project. The employee is included in this project based on the workload of the project, and the business analysis makes this decision.
4. They may the owner of the particular project. In the banking system, the experienced business analyst (Mansingh et al., 2015) owns the plan of the It. If the project is too large, then the business analysis of the banking business makes the IT team also helps to provide a clear concept of the IT project of the banking system.
