Guidelines for Paper			Purpose of the Assignment:		The purpose of this 4-page paper is to discuss your findings on first-hand evidence by a professional working directly on a particular social issue and incorporate your research (journal articles) to prove your thesis. Follow the information in the resource section to incorporate your interview and research, along with some of the questions below.
