• Ask your client what he/she would like to do to improve his/her health.
• Use your client’s statements from Question 7 and with your instructor’s input; determine two long-term health goals for your client. These could be to lose 10 pounds, stop smoking, or limit fat intake by choosing fat-free or 1% fat dairy products.
