Go to the Health and Safety Executive website and carry out research into construction accidents in the UK by looking at their accident data:

(a). Identify the most common causes of accidents on construction sites over the past year such as failing from heights, being hit by a vehicle, being hit by falling object, etc. Then produce a pie chart showing the spread of causes and from it state the modal cause.

(b).  Study the fatality statistics for the past ten years and plot a bar chart showing the annual rate against the time in years. Determine the mean number of fatalities over this period and state whether there is an upward or downward trend compared to this mean value.
