The GLOBE Project stands for Global Leadership and Organizational Behavior Effectiveness Project. It surveys the cultural values related to organizational practices, leadership conceptions, the competitiveness (economic) of the societies and the condition of human resources of its member countries.
The GLOBE project analyses 170 countries of the world. The GLOBE project enables people to gain knowledge about the different functioning methods of leaders all around the world. As mentioned by Tautiva, Barragan and Cavaliere (2020), the people come to know about how the organizations incorporate different ways of interacting. The people also has to know how the organizations have to depend on society for appropriate functioning. This project provides managers of the organizations a bigger lens through which they can view how to perform well in an international environment.
