A large university consists of several schools. Each school is chaired by one employee. An employee may be the dean of one and only one school. All employees are classified into three categories: Professors, Administrators, and Staff. A professor may also be an administrator. The university wants to record the following data for all employees: ID, full name, and address. In addition, the university wants to include data that are peculiar to each category. The list of such attributes includes but is not limited to the following: the highest degree earned by a professor, the title of an administrator, and hourly rate for staff. Each professor is assigned to either teaching or research position but not both. For professors teaching classes, the university wants to keep track of the number of classes taught and the average rating. For professors working on research, the total amount of grant money received must be included.
