DESIGNING FORMS & REPORTS
Problem 1:
The redesigned report of employees is as below:
    Employee ID
    Name
    Title
    0124543
    John Smith
    VP Marketing
    2345
645
    Jared Wright
    Project Manager
    2342456
    Jennifer Chang
    Systems Analyst
    4565234
    Mark Walters
    Software Engineer
    7875468
    Nick Shelley
    BI Analyst
    4446789
    Kim Eagar
    HR Manager
    4678899
    Emily Graham
    Receptionist
    4452378
    Matt Hoffman
    Network Operations Specialist

3. Again, we can also split the names of the employees in two columns by First name and Last Name - surname. But, this will depend on company policy.
4. Lastly, in title column for few employees it is mentioned as “VP Marketing” while for some it is stated only as “BI Analyst” which is not in correct format. This is because for some employees position is mentioned along with the department while for some only the position is mentioned and no department is stated.
Problem 2:
Consider the design of a registration system for a hotel
The below is the design of the process where a customer can register for a hotel. It consists of three division (1) Customers (2) System (3) Admin
Firstly, the customer login to...
