Generate multiple imputations for the incomplete smoking, social networks, and personality data collected using the three-form design described in Table 7-6. Fit the regression model shown in Eq. (7.8) to the imputed data sets and summarize the results to obtain a single set of regression coefficients, standard errors, and P values. Be sure to follow the steps described in this chapter for choosing the number of imputations. If the software program you are using to analyze the imputed data sets contains the HC3 robust variance estimator for regression analyses, use that estimator during the analysis phase. Compare your regression results from the analyses of the imputed data sets to the regression results presented in Figs. 7-7 and 7-8.
