INTRODUCTION

Our effort as the consultant, we are here to apply the Porter’s chain model to the existing organization structure. This model defines that the cost of the product that is required will be lower than that of the selling cost where operating cost is included so this approach will give the profit to the company. Some steps are performed to anlayse and gather the data for performing the model. Due to this the requirements of the customers are analyzed so that the products are manufactured according to it. In this report, the objectives, value creation and detailed description of Porter’s value chain model and recommendations are discussed (Armistead and Clark, 1993).

The objective of the Latureae can be categorized into strategic objectives and operational objectives.

The main goal of the organization is to achieve the profit to the organization. For that, they are categorized into primary and supporting activities. Every organization will have different activities. Profit of the organization will not be determined for a long time because the products are updated with the new products. To save the customers from shifting over the brand some factors should be considered when a company releases its product. A recent report says that most customers are interested in affording new products at low cost. It also should satisfy their requirements so they will not choose other brands. The work of the employee doesn't stop here. It is continued to support the product in case of any issues after the sales.
