For this discussion, you will analyze international websites to identify the strategies that corporations use to tailor their content for intended audiences. Go to the website of a multinational corporation that includes links to country-specific website options (e.g., IBM, Starbucks, McDonalds, or Pizza Hut). Then, share your findings with the class in a well-composed post, using the following questions as a guide:



  • Find the country-specific sites for three English-speaking nations. Looking at these sites, what strategies are used to connect with the intended audiences? What similarities and differences do you notice? What can you surmise about the intended audience for each site? How have the cultural dimensions of these countries influenced each company’s approach to creating each of these sites?

As the company has spread their business all around the world, therefore they have to make strategies based on the countries they are doing business. Semeul, Siagian and Octavia (2017) have stated that it is extremely essential for the companies to have a strategy based on the local responsiveness and the degree to which the company’s products are accepted. In this article the analysis will be done regarding the marketing strategy that McDonald’s adopts in operating their businesses in Australia, USA and England.
In all the countries, there are few common pattern that the company need to consider and that is been considered by any other company before proposing their marketing strategies.
