Most of the adult patients referred to the mental health services receive the initial assessment that is performed by one or two clinicals working as the part of the interdisciplinary team. The mental health assessment is first encountered between the condition of the mental health and the patients themselves, and it is used for the determination of the diagnosis, the care needed and the treatment options that are available to the patients.
