    Racial disparities are projected in numerous TV shows in American context; there is a complete list of movies and shows which depict how great leaders, players and other influential persons belonging to the black community had to suffer from racial discrimination. Jackie Robinson is one of such players who broke the shackles and confronted the challenges posed over his racial identity. He is the first African American player of baseball who could make sacrifices in the beginning of his career due to his racial profiling. The television miniseries in which, Jackie’s voice over is done by Jimmy Fox, it is one of the landmark shows that highlight how racial segregation leads to several unwanted obstacles in building promising career. Directed by Ken Burns, the show precisely observes the life events of Jackie, who went through something which was orthodox by convention but still, it could affect his personality.
