In this research paper, we are analyzing the Jordan Brown case from Pennsylvania. We are critically analyzing the various aspects related to the case and we are evaluating the connections between the trait theories and crime committed by Jordan Brown in a detailed way.
Brief Description of the Case
Jordan Brown was born in New Beaver, Pennsylvania in the year if 1997. According to the words of his relatives, he was not a problem child, but in the year 1997 February 2, 11 years old Jordan Brown killed his stepmother Kenzie Houk, at that time she was pregnant, means he killed two people.

The police officers arrested Jordan Brown and he used youth-sized 20-gauge shotgun for shooting his stepmother, the gun was gifted by his father. The investigating officers got the shells from the path that Jordan used to reach his school bus. The prosecutors argued that Jordan intentionally committed the crime and after committing the crime, he tried to catch the school bus.   Chris Brown. After that, the state court sent him into Juvenile home at Pennsylvania and he spent three years in Juvenile home (Crist 2009,p.12). In the year 2012, he was charged with first-degree murder and first-degree homicide. He was initially considered as an adult later the court considers him as a juvenile. As per Pennsylvania law, if a minor committed a crime it will be treated as an adult case. 
The victim was not supportive of Jordan Brown, they believed that Jordan Brown is the killer and they filed a case against Jordan for getting maximum punishment. The case gained popularity, some people supported Jordan and some others against him. Jordan family, relatives, friends and attorney created Jordan Brown Trust Fund for raising fund for his defence. UK based Human Rights Organization Amnesty International also declared support for Jordan Brown,
