1. Write an introduction to your Public Policy, or researched position paper. You may write one or two paragraphs, but be sure your thesis is the LAST sentence.
2. Create an outline following the style you were shown in thePolicy Paper Sentence Outline Skeletonlesson (Don't forget you can click on these blue links to get back to a document or page).
3. Create an annotated bibliography, listing TEN reliable sources you could use for your paper in correct MLA format, a summary of each source, and a brief description of how you will use the source. A BIBLIOGRAPHY is all the sources you MIGHT use or have read to get ideas. An ANNOTATED BIBLIOGRAPHY includes summary and description of use. A WORKS CITED, which is a list in alphabetical order of all sources actually CITED (summarized, paraphrased, or quoted with a citation) in the paper, will be your final product.
